Rachel was bred by Anne Taylor and Connie Alexander.  We were fortunate to have purchased another Whippet from Anne and Connie for Jenny's juniors dog, so when we wanted another they entrusted Rachel with us.  She is the first Whippet Jenny finished, our foundation bitch and our cherished family pet.  Rachel is a loving but strict disciplinarian to the grand pups, the fun police extraordinaire, and without question the queen of our home.  She has gracefully relinquished a majority of her power to her daughter, Emily, and no one dare try to take over her second command position.  We hope for many years of continued good health for her and was thrilled when she passed, with flying colors, all of her health tests this summer.
